Member’s Meeting – Paul Grimley – ‘In His Own Words’

Paul is a retired Prison Officer of 23 years, and an RAF Regiment Serviceman of 13 years.
For the past 11 years he has been self employed as a Battlefield Tour Guide, and worked for
8 of those years as a volunteer with The Victoria Cross Trust. At 67 years of age, Grandad to
5, Father of two and married for 47 years, he has devoted himself to Remembrance and
Commemoration in its many guises.
Tonight’s talk will draw upon his personal experiences and invite you to have an engaging
conversation on the subject instead of just sitting back and listening – although of course if
that’s what you prefer to do then just enjoy his presentation and hopefully have your
thoughts provoked.
