Member’s Meeting – Andy Harbon – ‘This Game of Ghosts’

Andy, who is part of our committee, volunteered for the Friends of Hyde Park Cemetery for 3 years before joining DDFHS. His talk will examine Doncaster’s largest Victorian cemetery, now known as Hyde Park Cemetery, from a very different perspective, taking a journey through the cemetery’s history with a particular reference to remembering some of the remarkable residents and telling their stories’.
The talk will conclude with the question, ‘what is the future for Hyde Park Cemetery?’
Andy will definitely be in the Room, as this is me!
This will be a hybrid meeting where members can either join the meeting in the room or via Zoom.
Members who wish to attend as a Roomer or Zoomer will be invited to register for the event 2 weeks before the event date, either via the new web form or via telephone.
