The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster and District Family History Society will take place at the Earl of Doncaster, Doncaster on Wednesday, 28th February 2024 at 7.30 pm. Members will also have the option to attend via Zoom as it will be a hybrid meeting.
Members attending on Zoom have the same voting rights as those in the Room.
Agenda – The main business of the meeting will be to receive the Annual Reports & Accounts for 2023 and to elect the members of the Society’s Executive Committee.
Nominations – Nominations for any of the Executive Committee posts should be sent to the Secretary by Wednesday 14th February 2024. There is an online form on the Members Content page.
A Nomination Form is available in the members’ area of the Society’s website or from the Secretary.
Questions – Members wishing to raise questions at the AGM should submit them, either by post or email, to the Secretary by Wednesday 31st January 2024
