Fred Sleaford, from Conisbrough, was an engine driver in the Golden Age of steam railways.
Ian is his 2x great nephew looking back on Fred’s life on the footplate and finds a few interesting stories on the way.
This meeting will be a hybrid meeting where members can join either in the room or on Zoom and joining instructions will be emailed 48 hours before the event.
