Some of our Events require MEMBERS to Register.

This is always the case for Members Meetings as we are limited to 100 persons on Zoom and approx. 50 in the room.

Should we exceed either, it will be first come first served, so register as soon as you are asked to do so.

Notifications for registration will be sent to Members via our Mailchimp email account, and you will then be able to register here.

All Information you provide is kept strictly confidential by DDFHS, and is only used to record your interest in attending the event.

This form is not linked to Zoom and submission has no impact on your Zoom access i.e. you can’t get on Zoom by submitting this form.
